typo in the plaque related to Hebrew date:

English date Apr 13, 2017 corresponds to either 17 Nisan (before sunset) or 18 Nisan (after sunset). The plaque lists the date as Yod-Heh (15) of Nisan. This counter to Jewish tradition which sees this as a name of God. The way to express 15 using Hebrew letters is Tet-Vav (9+6). Most likely they meant to put in a Chet which looks much a Heh. No one noticed this typo.
