theory to put all this together
1. * Eva died in 1928 and was buried in Woburn
2. * her husband (Jacob) died in 1965 and was buried in West Roxbury
3. * the children (at least one of which was a Temple Israel member) were unhappy about their parents being buried apart, so they arranged to have a small stone marker adjacent to Jacob's grave, with the statement "where she belongs"
