No grave photo was found. Plaque has an unusual name for the father Adam, not at all common for people born at the beginning of the 20th century. 

An earlier entry in this record had another name for the father, as Menachem Adam. Without further evidence to the contrary, we are leaving that in place.

The plaque has the Yiddish form of the decesaed Hebrew name Yudel instead of Yehudah.
