Grave clarifies that Barbara was called Betty as a nickname.

The Temple Israel Yizkor Book also lists a separate name Bette Leshefsky. There is no plaque for this name. I suspect that it is a duplicate entry in the Yizkor booklet.

I added the nickname as shown in the grave even though it is absent from the plaque.
