plaque says English date is Nov 19, 1989, but to properly align to the Hebrew date of 18 Cheshvan, the English date should be Nov 16. Not sure which date is correct.

When I looked at this in June 2026, the online data already had the Hebrew date as 18 Cheshvan and the English date as Nov 16. 

I made no change to the dates here
