1. grave has completely different names and slightly different dates
https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/232542056/lillian_d-rosoff (west roxbury). At first I thought it was a different person completely, but it is a joint grave with her husband David Rosoff (plaque just above) with the correct dates and names.
2. plaque has parent's name as Bet-Kof-Yod -- something like Beki or Buky. There is no common nickname like this for a man. Interestingly in this database a previous entry included her parent's name as "Rivka", which is commonly associated with a nickname of "Becky". The grave has completely different parent name "Yisrael".
3. English date on the plaque is Nov 9, 1999. English date on the grave is Nov 6, 1999. Grave has no Hebrew dates. Hebrew date on the plaque has Heshvan 27, which corresponds to Nov 6, 1999.
Lacking further info, we can assume that someone from the family provided some corrections to the database. We will leave the names and dates as is even though it conflicts with the plaque.
