plaque has a typo in the Hebrew name (it is spelled מכאיל). I corrected it based on the grave which had the standard spelling in Hebrew https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/232494262/michael-domba (west roxbury). 

The grave introduced something in the English that was not in the plaque. He had the title of "Reverend". Apparently he was Shamash at Mishkan Tefila for many years. The English equivalent is "Reverend".
